Mac n Cheese
Add 1 ½ cups elbow macaroni, 1 ½ cups low sodium chicken broth, and one cup unsweetened almond milk to the rice cooker and mix. Cook till the macaroni is tender but firm. Add ¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese, ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese, quarter cup grated parmesan cheese, quarter teaspoon paprika, and salt and pepper to taste. Mix with the macaroni till the cheeses are melted.
Take two small peeled onions and cut into half. Put them in the bottom of the rice cooker with the flat side down.
